Nordic Water conveyors are developed for transport of different materials such as dewatered sludge, pulp, garbage, woodchips, pellet fuel, slaughter-house refuse etc.

Material is fed in/out via one or more in/outlets. These can be fitted with covers and valves if so needed. In- and outlets can be mounted to face in any direction. The conveyor moves the material with a rotating spiral. The shaftless spiral has only one bearing, at the drive end, which gives the conveyor more space and less sensitivity to the material being conveyed.

A pushing drive enables the conveyor to work with materials that tend to snag. Because the spiral has no centre shaft it is always in contact with the trough when it rotates. The trough is therefore protected by a replaceable plastic liner. The conveyor can be fitted with draining sections which makes it easy to separate liquids from solid materials.

Nordic Water can provide complete conveyor systems, allowing direct transfer into other conveyors.
