Code of Conduct
Success in business depends on building and maintaining the trust of customers, shareholders, employees, governments and the general public. Nordic Water’s code of conduct represents how we want to do business, it is a guide for our daily work and how to create value for our stakeholders, employees and business partners.
The code applies to all employees of Nordic Water globally, distributors and representatives that act in the name of Nordic Water.
Supplier Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct for Suppliers defines Nordic Water’s environmental and social requirements. We work with supplier management, all suppliers must sign the Code of Conduct and we perform regular supplier audits per our procurement process to verify compliance.
We are committed to zero tolerance for unethical business behaviors. We believe that sustainable success in business is only possible where there is free and fair competition. Based on these fundamental principles and our legal obligations, Nordic Water does not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery.
Whistleblowing provides an opportunity to report suspicions of misconduct; anything that is not in line with our values and policies. Our whistleblowing service is an early warning system to reduce risks. It is an important tool to foster high ethical standards and maintaining customer and public confidence in us.
We strive to maintain a transparent business climate and high business ethics. We value the safety and respect of everyone affected by our business and you have a vital role in our success. Whistleblowing can be used to inform about a concern that is not in line with our values and ethical code, and that may seriously affect our organization or a person’s life or health.
You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith. The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner WhistleB, to ensure anonymity.
