MevaSpiral Press XP

The MevaSpiral Press XP is a reinforced X Conveyor with a dewatering head at the discharge end. This combination provides conveying and dewatering in one compact, affordable unit cpable of hadnlig very varying flow volumes and types.

Wet solids are conveyed by a shaftless, one-bearing spiral into the press zone. The barrel shaped basket made from wedge wire is very strong and optimal for dewatering. The press zone is lined with nozzles to wash the wedge wire basket, keeping it clean. The spiral and basket stop short of the outlet point by a few decimeters so that a plug of solids can be formed against the gas pressurized outlet doors.

By using MevaSpiral XP unit you can reach up to 35% dewatering rate which leads to lower transportation costs and requires smaller storage space.
