F series flocculator
The F series flocculator is an inline mixing and agitation system with no moving parts. It is used for chemical pretreatment before dissolved air flotation (DAF). Chemicals are dispersed into the wastewater using injection ports, static mixing zones, and long pipe bends. This creates controlled mixing and helps protect the floc.
The F series allows chemicals to be added in steps and mixed evenly before DAF. Sampling points help operators tune chemical dosing when influent conditions change and keep performance stable.
